At Pomeroi, our aim is to help you shop for jewellery easily. If you have something particular in mind, feel free to contact us to discuss it. With our on-site workshop in our Royal Tunbridge Wells shop, nothing is impossible!
If you can’t find the jewellery you are looking for on our website, please email or telephone us on 01892 616658 with your request.
Our bespoke service includes a personalised design service. We listen to your ideas and come up with a number of designs for you to look at. We also encourage you to email us drawings or photos of your own design ideas. We will give you a fair quote based on the amount and type of raw material to be used and the estimated time it will take to hand-make the jewellery. We will advise you on alternative materials or designs to help you create an item for a price that is suitable to you.

Old Jewellery that you no longer wear? Why not have it created into something new! Just bring along, or send us your jewellery and we will help you create something that you will no longer want to put back in a drawer.

The above images show one of our customers' jewellery recreated. This customer wanted to use her old diamond rings that were never worn and made into something unusual and unique. So we designed and hand-made a 'Scattered' ring utilizing all of her diamonds which became a striking new diamond ring for her to wear for many years.
The customer below sent his design of a very specific pair of earrings via e-mail along with the dimensions and details of how he wanted them to look. After a few emails to discuss the price and finer details, it was hand-made and delivered within a few weeks. Our customer was extremely happy and left good feed-back on our testimonial page.

Pomeroi Diamond Expertise
Pomeroi offer exceptional knowledge and service to anyone looking for the finest diamonds and gemstones of any cut and colour. We source stones directly and therefore cut out the middle-man. And as the jewellery is created in our on-site workshop, you have that extra knowledge that any diamond chosen will not be sent away from the premises.
We have links with the largest trading and cutting centres in the world which allow us to purchase many varieties of shapes, colours and sizes at very keen prices. We can also source antique, unusual cut and coloured diamonds. If certificated, it will be with one of the well known Diamond Grading Laboratories. Beware of many retailers offering a self-written certificate that is worthless. See Certificated Diamonds for more information.
Wedding Rings
In our Plain Rings selection you can build your own wedding rings. Choose the shape and width of your bands, then the metal and finally the finger size. All our plain bands are of a heavy weight design. If you would like a wedding ring to either match your engagement ring or fit around it, or perhaps come up with your own design, just tell us and we will have your rings specially made in our on-site workshop.
