Pomeroi.com offer free insured delivery to all UK addresses.
Your purchase at Pomeroi.com is delivered and insured using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day and will generally arrive by 1pm the next working day after it is shipped from us. As your consignment needs to be signed for we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We will not be held responsible for the consignment if signed for by anyone else.
For orders below £200 your purchase will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For.
Orders from outside of the UK will be sent Airsure or International Signed For. A £7.50 postage charge will be added to your order.
Delivery time
We aim to deliver within 10 working days on certain items from receipt of your order. Other items, may take longer,but in these cases we will notify you via email.
We will also notify you of delivery time in regards to our Bespoke Service.
If your purchase is a gift, you have the option of it being gift-wrapped free of charge, just click the approptiate box at the check-out stage.
Pomeroi aim to crack down on credit card fraud. In addition to our payment gateway's security measures, orders with a different delivery address to the billing address will be assessed manually by separate procedures. This may delay the delivery time of your purchase.
