Order Tracking

Upon the completion of an online purchase you will be sent, by email, confirmation of the order details and our acceptance of your order.
You can check the status of you order using the Order Tracking facility. By entering the reference number quoted in the email, notifying you that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you can track the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail's Track and Trace website.
On rare occasions, a Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day consignment in the United Kingdom is delayed beyond Royal Mail's guaranteed next business day (Monday-Friday) 12PM delivery deadline. As part of their guarantee, Royal Mail will refund the delivery cost in most circumstances. Should you wish to pursue a claim with the Royal Mail for delayed delivery, please contact Royal Mail Customer Service on 0845 7740740 to request a claim form.
