Returns Policy
If you or, if a gift, the recipient of your gift, is unsatisfied with the purchase we will do our best to assist you.
According to the ‘cooling off’ period, you are by law in the UK entitled to cancel the order within seven days of receiving the goods, if you have made your purchase through the internet or over the phone.
We are happy to provide an exchange, credit note or refund on your purchase if it is returned to us within 14 days from receipt providing the item is in unspoiled condition, unworn and with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation. This policy does not include engraved items, rings that have been sized, special orders or bespoke items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not accept earring returns due to hygiene reasons. The only exeptions are diamond earrings.
Our returns policy is only accepted for orders within the UK. Any orders taken outside the UK will still have the right for an exchange if the item is found to be faulty.
Please contact us if you would like an exchange or credit note.
For refunds, you can expect this in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return.
For all returns, the item must be returned to the address below by the correct 'Special Delivery' * method to ensure the item is insured.

* When returning an item, place it in the original box it came in and send it Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Your item will be sorted and processed securely overnight with guaranteed next (working) day delivery. You can
keep track of the item with the Post Offices 'Track & Trace' to check that the item has been received. We will not be held responsible if you have not used the delivery service that we have requested.
If you are returning a ring in which you have ordered the finger size incorrectly, Pomeroi will be happy to rectify this although there may be a £10 admin charge which is at our discretion. There will be a minimum charge of £4.50 postage for the returned delivery (dependant on postal service) Please choose the finger size carefully!
